Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at GildedShimmerSoaps.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Damaged or defective items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right with a free replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of the delivery date may not be eligible for a replacement. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

What we don't cover

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Scent or color preferences (natural variation is inherent to handmade soaps)
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery — please refer to our Shipping Policy
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or use
  • Items reported more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours if they have not been shipped yet. If you need to cancel, please contact us at support@gildedshimmersoaps.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
