Processing & handling
Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Free shipping on orders $20 and over
Applies to domestic (US) orders automatically at checkout.
Shipping costs for orders under $20 will be a flat $7.
All international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Domestic shipping (United States)
All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
International shipping
International transit times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after shipment.
Important notice for international customers:
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
- Gilded Shimmer Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Gilded Shimmer Soaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at support@gildedshimmersoaps.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Gilded Shimmer Soaps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@gildedshimmersoaps.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before your order ships.
